How early should I book?

International visitors are encouraged to inquire about three months before travel. Availability is confirmed in writing.

Can I remain seated in my wheelchair?

Yes. Our accessible vehicles have wheelchair securement systems. Please tell us the wheelchair type, dimensions and total weight in advance.

Can you carry an electric wheelchair?

Please send the model, dimensions and combined user-and-chair weight. We will confirm the most suitable vehicle before booking.

How much luggage can I bring?

Capacity depends on the vehicle, wheelchair arrangement and number of passengers. Include the number and size of bags in your inquiry.

Do your drivers speak English?

Written English booking communication is supported with translation tools. Drivers may use translation software during service and may not be fluent in English.

Is this an emergency ambulance service?

No. We provide advance-booked, non-emergency transportation. In an emergency in Japan, call 119.
